Scarlett is a warm, supportive and compassionate clinical psychologist dedicated to helping people overcome the challenges affecting their lives. She is experienced in working with adults, youth, families in a wide range of areas such as:

  1. Depression
  2. Stress (such as work-related stress)
  3. Adjustment difficulties (such as changes in life stage)
  4. Anxiety (including panic attacks, social anxiety, phobias, obsessive compulsive disorder and generalised anxiety)
  5. Grief and loss
  6. Parenting issues
  7. Child, Adolescent and Family issues
  8. Relationship issues

Scarlett holds a Master of Clinical Psychology and is also a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association and the Australian Association for Cognitive Behaviour Therapy. She primarily uses cognitive-behavioural therapy, however she works closely with her clients to identify the most suitable approach. She incorporates techniques and strategies from other therapies such as acceptance and commitment therapy, schema therapy, mindfulness-based therapy, dialectical-behaviour therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) therapy.
